Wet activation-in-situ hydrolysis coating technology

The wet activation in-situ hydrolysis coating technology is a material synthesis technology developed by the central team and has independent intellectual property rights. This method combines the advantages of the high-temperature solid phase method and the sol gel method, improves the uniformity of the mixture from the micro level, inhibits the growth of grains, overcomes the shortcomings of the difficulty in controlling the particle size and uniformity of the solid phase method products, and realizes the nanomaterialization of materials and the low-cost preparation process.


技术特点

1. 适合工业化生产:该技术是结合高温固相法的优势,该技术使制备工艺低成本化,便于工业化生产;

2. 颗粒尺寸和晶粒形态均匀性好:该技术从微观上提高了混料的均匀度,抑制晶粒长大;

3. 材料纯度高:该方法结合了改进的EDTA-CA双螯合剂溶胶凝胶方法,使材料胶粒结构表现出较好的稳定性,最终制备出纯度较高的纳米材料。


应用领域

材料合成领域:可用于制备颗粒尺寸和晶粒形态均匀性好的纳米材料,也可以用于对材料进行碳包覆。
