The high-precision gas sensitive performance tester is a product independently developed by the center (ZL201610953103103.9, etc.). The product is composed of five systems: data acquisition system, temperature control system, probe adjustment system, vacuum system and gas distribution system. The supporting test software can realize the function of online precise control test. The gas sensor performance tester can be used to analyze and measure the gas sensor performance of various nano materials, thin film/thick film materials, powder/particle materials, bulk materials, etc.
